Open the Events tab, tap an outing to see the details, host, spots left and price, then join it. Once you're in, you'll be added to that outing's group chat.

Open the outing and tap Cancel My Spot. Please cancel as early as you can so the host can fill your seat.

Each host sets the price for their outing. If you paid for a spot and can't make it, cancel your spot and email us with the outing name and date. We'll help sort it out with the host.

In the Events tab, tap the + button and fill in the lake or location, date and time, number of spots and price per person. Riders can then find and join it.

Every outing has a group chat for everyone who's joined. Find it in the Messages tab under Outing Chats, along with your direct messages.

Go to the Profile tab and tap the edit button in the top corner to update your photos, bio and details.

Make sure you're using the same email or phone number you signed up with. If you sign in by phone, check that you entered the latest verification code. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.

In the app, go to the Profile tab, tap the edit button, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, outings, sign-ups and messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can't get into the app? Email support@wakesurfclub.net from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you sign in with) and we'll delete it for you.

Open your phone's Settings, find Wakesurf Club, and turn notifications off. You can switch them back on any time.

Email us with the member's name or the outing, and what happened. Screenshots help. We review every report and remove members or content that break the club's rules.

Always wear a life jacket, never surf directly behind the boat's propeller, and make sure there's a spotter on board. If there's an emergency on the water, call 911 first.
